Making a Referral
If you believe someone is in need of urgent mental health care, making a referral is the first step towards securing safe, specialist support. We accept referrals from individuals, families, carers, GPs, NHS professionals, and private healthcare providers.
Our referral process is quick, confidential, and guided by clinical experts every step of the way.
NHS Referrals
This means our services are not only accessible, but aligned with broader care pathways across the public health system. In addition, all of our facilities are independently monitored and regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) — the UK’s official regulator of health and social care services.
These reviews ensure we consistently meet — and often exceed — the national standards for safety, effectiveness, responsiveness, and overall quality of care. Our commitment to clinical governance, transparency, and continuous improvement means you can trust that your loved one is in safe, professional hands.
